If you're Dutch and you like to hang out with fellow Dutch bloggers then check out 'hét Bloggersforum': A Dutch community from bloggers for bloggers! Well that sounded nothing but original, but hey I registered and it looks like a nice and fun community, which is still growing. Talk about anything blog-related or just nonsense. One more plus point, there are a lot of female bloggers too ;)
